PRC for Deel Payments in Pakistan Bank Accounts

Hello,

I've been receiving payments from my Canadian employer through Deel for quite some time now. The withdrawals from Deel into my UBL bank account are labeled as "ATM-IBFT FUNDS TRANSFER, FR: DLOCAL BANK:". When I requested PRCs (Payment Receipt Certificates) for these transactions from the branch representative, they informed me that they couldn't provide them since these are considered local transfers. Has anyone else been successful in obtaining PRCs for withdrawals like these?
