If I sign an EOR contract with Deel, is it possible to sign a contract with another company without ending the EOR contract?

Hi @zlazo,

An EOR can have multiple contracts, but only one of these contracts can be active at a time.

For example, it is possible for an EOR to have multiple contracts, where an employee has: 

  • 1 active EOR contract and 1 ended Independent Contractor (IC) contract or
  • 1 ended EOR contract and 1 active IC contract, and so on.

However, it's important to note that while an EOR can have multiple contracts, only one contract would be active at a time. 

I'd also make sure that your primary employer is okay with you retaining multiple contracts at a time.
