Swift charge

Hi community, I have a question regarding SWIFT transfer. I have colleagues who use same bank as me, and when we're getting transfer some of us getting 5$ swift fee, and some 32$. And I'm the one who is getting 32$ fee. Why is that same bank swift transfer gets different charges? Thanks in advance

Hey @nurzalat 

 

Deel charges a variable fee of $5 for SWIFT transfers that is capped at $10. You can learn more here. Other factors can affect your transfer such as receiving bank fees, tracking fees, and exchange rate conversions. Payoneer has a great article on this here. These are also variable and can affect the total cost of the transfer and are dependent on your bank's policies. Hope this helps!
