I made a withdrawal on the 24th and it says it will arrive on the 25th but due to provider delay it was moved to July 26th. Until now, it hasn't come to my bank. My bank is asking for Deel to provide the MT103 or SWIFT form but the representative said they can't provide one because the transfer was a "local transfer". I dont understand how come it will be a local transfer when its a USD to AED (UAE bank transfer) who experienced the same? Will i get this fund ever?
