I am reaching out to request assistance with setting up a bank transfer to fund my Pyypl account. Despite my efforts, I am unsure of the correct procedure and the details required to successfully complete the transfer without any issues.
Could you please provide me with a step-by-step guide or any instructions specific to the setup of a bank transfer for the purpose of adding funds to my Pyypl account? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could inform me about the following details to ensure a smooth transaction.
To note:
The receiver name should be "PYYPL LTD". If you have entered it differently, the transfer will not be considered/will not go through, and you will need to ask the sender bank to refund/cancel the money transfer, or you can also amend the transaction to the correct beneficiary account name.
Receiving your money is free, but your bank might charge you a transfer fee for international payments. Transfers usually take 1 to 3 days or longer, depending on your bank!

I am reaching out today to express my concerns regarding the level of customer support I've received thus far. My inquiries seem to be met with a lack of detailed understanding of your product, or perhaps, there is a hesitance to provide in-depth assistance. This has led me to question whether the issue lies in a lack of customer-centric approach or a gap in product knowledge. Could it be possible to have this matter addressed by a more experienced specialist?
I am specifically interested in manually adding a bank transfer method for fund withdrawals, a feature your platform supposedly supports. I have previously provided all necessary details required for this setup, yet I find myself circling back to square one without any progress. It's crucial for me to understand the exact steps and requirements to add this withdrawal method based on the information I've already submitted.
Please, let's set aside the notion that what I'm asking is impossible or resort to providing generic responses that don't address my needs. I urge you to fully engage with my request and exert the utmost effort to ensure your clients are satisfied with the support provided. True assistance goes beyond standard answers; it involves understanding, action, and dedication to resolving client issues.
I am confident that with the right guidance, we can resolve this matter efficiently. I look forward to a constructive response and appreciate your immediate attention to this request.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

Hi Dmytro,
Thank you for your clarification on this. To add your bank details to your Deel account you only need to do the following.
1. Login to your Deel Account.
2. On right hand side of your account will be a menu of items, you will need the Withdrawal Methods option.
4. In the Withdrawal Methods you'll see your current withdrawal methods (if any) and an option to add a withdrawal method.
5. Once you select this, you will be given options such as bank transfer, instant card transfer, crypto (if available in your area), Paypal, Wise, Payoneer, and more. For your use, bank transfer or instant card transfer will be the most apt.
6. After you select an option, you will need to fill in your bank or card details. Once complete, the option will appear in your account as a withdrawal in the Withdrawal Methods screen and on the Home Page after you click withdraw next to your balance.
Hope this clarifies. 🙂
Best,
Daryl

Could you please assist me with setting up a bank transfer based on the details I provided in my first message? I understand where to create the transaction, but I would greatly appreciate your guidance in configuring it correctly. Since you are most familiar with the purpose of each field in your system, I'm seeking your help with the setup process. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi @Dmytro
As Deel does not support PPYPL as a withdrawal method at this time, you would need to do this using your personal bank account based on their website. There shouldn't be any special details or procedures on our end that would hinder you getting your funds from your local bank account to your PPYPL account. However, you may want to try to do the following to add cash to their app:
1. Get a Deel Card: Deel card allows you to use the funds in your Deel account through a virtual (and soon physical) card. PPYPL seems to allow card transfer so you can try using the Deel Card to initiate the transfer.
2. Instant Card Transfer: Deel supports instant card deposit. Though I cannot guarantee that this would work and its not a supported method, you can follow the instructions here and use your PPYPL card details and see if it works.
These are the only ways I can think of that would allow you to transfer from Deel to PPYPL. If you need additional help, we suggest that you reach out to PPYPL support for guidance on other ways of adding funds to their platform.
