Seeking Urgent Help! Payment never received.


It's been 2 weeks since I attempted my first withdrawal, but the money never reached my account. My bank hasn't received or rejected the transfer. I reached out to Deel, who provided proof of payment that it has been completed, however it is not. My bank said that even if the currency is different from sender, it would automatically converted into the currency on the bank account if they had received.
After informing Deel of this issue, they assured me they're working on retrieving the funds from the provider, but they have not update me anything except asked me to wait for 30 days, and if i don't hear from them it means the recall is unsuccessful. Excuse me, this is a person's salary to pay bills, you would not want to joke with. It's such a bad first impression and experience. 

Seeking deel's huge team to help that they could look into it. Thank you!
